Zendesk is a customer service tool that allows you to bring all your customer conversations into one place. You can enhance your customer service experience further by using Dossier to communicate with your customers and internal teams. As your customers and internal teams post messages with issues, you can convert them to Zendesk tickets with one click. Connecting to Zendesk allows you to support and escalate issues from existing customers who are using a web application.
To convert a message to a Zendesk ticket, click it to select it first.

Hover over the message and select ACTIONS > CREATE ZENDESK CASE. |
Dossier posts replies to the converted message in both Zendesk and the Dossier workspace. The responses to the original post in the Dossier workspace display the Zendesk link. The figure below shows converted posts in a customer workspace in the Dossier sidebar.
