Besides being able to converse with your customers or team members at any time by posting and replying to messages, you can easily create outbound and inbound lead and customer success email campaigns with message templates and automation.
- If you are a salesperson, you want to send all your leads a series of email messages to welcome them, offer your assistance, inform them on your product, or give them some new information.
- If you are a customer success manager, you want to send your customers a series of messages to guide them through their onboarding process, try a new product, or remind them of something that they need to act upon.
In both cases, you can send many prospects or customers a single, personalized message. Create templates for these messages in Campaigns, name them, and allow anyone in your organization to send them when your customer or website visitor is online.
You can automate these template-driven, personalized messages based on the behavior of your lead or customer. For example, if a lead clicks on a link in your email and visits your website, you can have a specific message delivered to them on the site. As they then navigate through the website, you can also send messages tailored to the specific sections of the website they are visiting. See Automate Sending Personalized Messages.
Org admin and team members can create and manage message templates for an organization, or set up automation rules. The message templates are global to the organization, so changes made by one admin are seen by all admins. See The Admin Role.
