A workspace in Dossier is a communication area that connects you with customers and internal teams and the secure conversations and tasks they work on together.
Customer workspaces allow you to manage customer conversations promptly. Contacts begin conversations across their points of contact with you, such as email to your employees, email to shared mailboxes, chat on your corporate website, or in-app requests in your custom application (if you are building one). Your team receives these emails or chat messages in the Dossier portal, or in communications apps such as Slack or Asana, allowing your team to track and respond to these customers.
A team workspace enables team members, usually, employees of a company, to collaborate with each other via email or chat. Conversations in team workspaces are private, which means they are visible only to the team members explicitly included.
