In communication with your customer, you may find that your customer could benefit from a face-to-face call. You can call your customer on Skype directly from Dossier.
You need a Skype account and Skype ID, of course, and so does your customer. In Dossier, you need to first add your Skype ID to your profile (from Profile > My Account > Personal Info)
To start a Skype call:
- Click the name of the contact or team member you want to start a call with.
- Click the Skype logo to begin a call.
- Follow the on-screen directions to launch Skype and start your conference.
NOTE: The Skype icon only appears is the person has specified a Skype ID on their profile. You can enter a skype id for your contact and save it to their profile if it isn't already added.
