Dossier is integrated with several industry-standard tools, such as CRM platforms, and productivity, customer service, and customer support tools such as Asana, Zendesk, and Salesforce. See the list on the Apps page. The Apps page in Dossier lets you log in to the application you are using, such as Zendesk, Asana, or any of the other applications listed.
What You Need to Connect to Apps
For each of the applications, you need a login (username and password) for that application.
Some of the applications require that you also use an authentication key to log in through Dossier. The authentication key is also known as an API key or token. The table below shows the applications that require authentication keys when you click Connect on the Apps page in the portal:

To connect to an app:
In the portal, click Apps > Connect (to the app of your choice).
In the Connect to dialog box, type in your username and password for the app.
Log in to the app through Dossier, providing the authentication information that the app requests.
