Dossier is great for managing your emails in Asana, since Asana tasks are automatically created for the emails in your inbox. Your team can close tasks in Asana, and this automatically archives emails in your Gmail or Outlook inbox. But sometimes... your clients may send a reply to the original email thread–these replies get synced to the closed Asana tasks and that may go unnoticed by your team in Asana.
Dossier sync now automatically reopens the associated Asana task for your customer emails as soon you receive an email reply from your client. The email is labeled as "Open", and if it were already archived, gets unarchived and moved back into your Gmail or Outlook inbox. The customer email is now highlighted in both your email inbox and in Asana, and your team never misses a reopened Asana task.
