When you close a chat with a website visitor, Dossier will automatically create a HubSpot contact and company record for the new lead and add the chat transcript to HubSpot contact record. If you continue the chat with the visitor, the chat transcript will be updated. If you follow up on email, HubSpot is instantly updated.
