Dossier makes customer conversations transparent to you. By default, any email from a customer is visible to all team members who belong to that customer workspace. This transparent access is how Dossier makes it possible for your team to support customers easily. You also have been able to send emails and make them visible to specific team members.
Sometimes, you may want to make a contact always private so that all communication with that contact is restricted between the sender and recipient only. For example, if you are an account manager for a particular client, you may want to have emails from the CEO of the client company always be private to you. By making a contact private, you can ensure that other team members will not be able to see your communications with that client; they can see only their own messages and replies with that contact. Add Privacy adds another level of confidentiality to our already secure conversations by allowing you to do this.
