This example shows how you can contact leads and prospects in Salesforce Sales Cloud quickly by syncing Dossier with Salesforce and automating your communication with all your leads and prospects.
Diamond Richard, a Sales Development Rep (SDR) at Amazon Business Sales, wants to send out a series of email messages to prospects:
(a) "Intro email,"
(b) "Follow-up no response after 2 days," and
(c) "Join a training session."
To accomplish this, Diamond logs in to Dossier and connects to Salesforce using her own Salesforce account. She then syncs Dossier with Salesforce and brings all her leads into Dossier. Read more about using Salesforce with Dossier and how to sync with Salesforce.
Diamond then creates a message template for each of the email messages that she wants to send out. Read more.
When the templates are ready, Diamond goes to the Contacts page and posts one message at a time and sends an email to all the leads. She does this by selecting a message template and sending that to the list of leads. Read more about how to create a message and automate sending a message to multiple people.
For some leads, Diamond wants to personalize the message, so she picks the template as the starting point, and then edits the message before sending it to a single lead. Read more about sending messages one at a time.
These messages are sent as regular emails, so prospects can reply to them instantly, and you can see when these prospects are online.
NOTE: You can create and automate sending a message to several people without syncing with Salesforce Sales Cloud. To do this, you need to add your contact at that company as a contact to Dossier, create a message, and automate sending the message.
